I feel this is the only way. To take care of ourselves so we could rely on our own strength, energy and calmness in times like these. So we could take care of each other.

But I’m certain we also need to go to the root cause for our pain, fear and anger. Cause we can’t go on blaming others for how we feel. We have to dig deep into our own being to take our power back.
